Chardonel  
Delicious  full bodied dry white wine in the European Style.  The complex nose hints of butter and oak, ripe apple and pear, with a touch of melon.  The mid-palate is crisp and the flavours continue to the finish.  Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled

Make your reservations early.  You may come as one or two couples and join the festivities or put together your own party of six to twelve.  Each dinner is limited to twelve so that we can all be around the same table and your hosts can give you all the attention you deserve.
 
Additional dates may be available for your own parties of 6 or more.
 
The Winemaker and the Chef will present and explain each course.
